Returns and Exchanges
Each piece is made to order and most of the items are made from reclaimed materials and/or old wood. The materials used have lots of character and that is what makes each item unique. Although each product is described and photographed to the best of my ability, using salvaged materials often lends to markings such as knots, knot holes, nail holes, etc. If you receive an object and it is not as you hoped, please let me know and I will do my best to make it right.
After 30 days of the ship date, all sales are final and refunds or item exchanges will no longer be an option. Please note that refunds or exchanges will be given for unused items for the item cost only and the purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs.
If what you received is as described but you wish to return it, I will gladly accept returns for unused items for the item cost only. Please contact me within 14 days of receiving the item to be eligible for a return. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
If the object received is damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photograph of the damage incurred to your item. Some marks to wood products may simply be marks of the wood and are not considered damage. Images need to be provided to file a claim through USPS
Final Sale & Custom Pieces
Final sale and custom pieces may not be returned or exchanged. Final sale items will be clearly marked.
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact me with 14 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back in the condition in which they were received, with the original tags and packaging. Please note additional shipping charges do apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Gifts can be returned for store credit only.
The goods are your responsibility until they are delivered back to me so make sure they are packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way. All goods will be inspected on return.
